The purpose of this tool is to help real estate agents manage property. It was created by me, an agent who felt overwhelmed managing REO property. I felt like lenders had their REO websites that helped them and they also help me but they help the lender first. I wanted something simple, easy to use that would not create to much additional work for myself and team.
I wanted to make it available to other agents and I am making it available for FREE! I plan on keeping it free for now and may possibly keep it free forever by adding some small ads to create revenue to cover our server expenses. For now it will remain free through the end of 2011. 
In addition to REO’s we have started to add an option to manage short sales. Soon we are going to adding another option to manage regular listings. After that we will be adding a contact management system for clients and leads to help you maintain contact and follow up with them.
The way we improve the tool and add new features is based on the feedback we receive from the agents. Please feel free to CONTACT US with any questions, ideas or suggestions. We will be happy to address them and try to add your ideas.
